Viola after Andrea Guarneri (16'' - 406 mm)

A new 16'' - 406 mm Viola model after Andrea Guarneri ,
essentially a redrawn outline of the 16 1/4'' Guarneri Conte Vitale.
This slightly smaller model has a string length of 366 mm.
The one piece back and ribs from fine grown East European maple, with a deep flame, the ribs matching, and the even grained front with hazelmarkings of well seasoned Alpine spruce.
The antiqued oil resin varnish of a transparent orange brown colour.
The sound is warm and even.
