2010 violin in the manner of Guarneri del Gesu

The latest Guarneri del Gesu interpretation:  capturing the free and spontaneous working method of this maker. A varnishing method and finish to accentuate the deep flames in this stunning one piece back of East European origin - only a few pieces from this tree left in my stock. The violin has a warm and glowing look, the varnish patinated with a textured surface indicating some subtle wear and shading. The front of Italian spruce, allowing for a relative lightweight instrument without compromising on strength and future development.
Already now its sound is  free, with a richness in overtones, depth and character.
